About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inventive Head of Brand and Campaigns to join our Marketing Team at Future Publishing. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shake up convention and work on an established brand in new and original ways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve brand awareness, brand preference, and relevance through the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies
  • Trialling new approaches to drive growth and learning, while evaluating the success of our marketing activities
  • Guarding the Go.Compare brand and using your proven creative flair to challenge the status quo
  • Managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to deliver amazing experiences that live up to our brand promise
Requirements
  • Experience in launching successful, direct-to-consumer campaigns
  • Proven track record of operating at a 'head of' level and applying broad knowledge of media, creative, and CRM strategy, planning, and execution
  • Extensive creative and media agency management experience
  • Good knowledge of current research methodologies and campaign performance evaluation
  • Experience managing a team and driving growth and innovation
