**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and inventive Brand and Campaigns Leader to join our Marketing Team at Future plc. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shake up convention and work on an established brand in new and original ways.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Improve brand awareness, brand preference, and relevance through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute innovative campaigns that challenge the status quo and drive business growth.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement effective brand CRM strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research methodologies and campaign performance evaluation.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in launching successful direct-to-consumer campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to operate at a 'head of' level.
  • Extensive knowledge of media, creative, and CRM strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Good understanding of current market trends and consumer behavior.
