Role Overview:

In this position, you will oversee all planning and scheduling activities related to our Sustainable Business initiatives, supporting a variety of projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and timely scheduling of tasks across all Sustainable contracts, collaborating with multiple contractors, engineers, and the broader Sustainable team, while reporting directly to the Central Operations Manager.

As part of the Sustainable Business Unit, you will be expected to complete your assignments promptly, aligning with the installation works plan and adhering to team KPIs and objectives.

This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, requiring you to manage various tasks within strict timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You will interact with contractors, homeowners, and clients, as well as the Sustainable Field team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule installations based on resource availability and project requirements, effectively addressing both client and customer needs.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities to support installations, including but not limited to: asbestos removal, scaffolding, ventilation, loft insulation, and construction work.
  • Address customer inquiries related to scheduled works.
  • Ensure compliance with client KPIs and meet targets established by the Central Operations Manager.
  • Provide weekly performance reports to the Central Operations Manager, detailing KPI metrics for all contracts.
  • Continuously optimize scheduling to maximize efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage hotel arrangements for field engineers.
  • Organize fleet maintenance, MOTs, and ad-hoc repairs while minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Proactively plan for and resolve logistical challenges that may affect scheduled tasks, including ensuring goods are received, managing the movement of goods between locations, and confirming subcontractor work plans.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with geographical locations across England.
  • Experience in a customer-focused, telephony-based environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to handle a variable workload.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities and the initiative to act independently.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
