Overview: Ferrovial Construction is on the lookout for a skilled Planner to contribute to infrastructure initiatives at Heathrow Airport. The organization boasts a robust history of executing top-tier projects at this location, emphasizing design and construction projects with diverse contractual frameworks. In this role, you will be tasked with the preparation of project portfolios, the updating of monthly performance reports, the analysis of project metrics, collaboration with external stakeholders, and the advocacy of company values in all professional interactions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop project portfolios for reporting baseline updates.
- Create monthly progress schedules and conduct project performance evaluations.
- Engage with external parties involved in the project advancement process.
- Serve as a proficient Planner and scheduler utilizing Primavera P6.
- Oversee earned value management and uphold company values.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a planner for large-scale initiatives.
- Background in design, procurement, civil engineering, and related fields.
- Expertise in P6 software and cost loading methodologies.
- Self-driven, collaborative team member with strong presentation capabilities.
- Familiarity with Tilos and ChainLink is advantageous.
