As a M&E Project Manager at Ferrovial Construction, you will play a key role in the delivery of our major infrastructure projects across the UK. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other project team members.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with our company values and policies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the construction or transportation industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other project team members.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
