Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the day-to-day bill of quantities for allocated projects to ensure financial efficiencies.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on achieving value for money.
- Analyze subcontractor valuations and ensure compliance with financial parameters.
- Liaise with procurement teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Assist in the production and monitoring of Applications/Final Accounts.
- Check agreed sub-contract Applications/Accounts.
- Document control and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Contribute to the achievement of Health and Safety in accordance with company policy.
- Promote company values and vision in all interactions with employees, clients, and external contacts.
Skills and Competence:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Degree or Masters in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Motivated and proactive approach to learning and development.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the industry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages and other relevant software.
