We pride ourselves on delivering round-the-clock response and fulfillment services, ensuring safety, security, and sustainability in the environments where our clients live and work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling of VPS installations, aligning with resource availability and client requirements while effectively addressing customer needs.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities to facilitate VPS installations, including but not limited to: asbestos management, scaffolding, ventilation, insulation, and construction tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding scheduled works.
- Ensure compliance with client KPIs and achieve targets established by the Operations Manager.
- Provide weekly performance reports to the Operations Manager, focusing on KPI metrics for all contracts.
- Continuously optimize scheduling to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless operations.
- Manage accommodations for field engineers.
- Organize fleet maintenance, including servicing and repairs, while minimizing disruption to operational needs.
- Proactively address logistical challenges that may affect scheduled activities, including managing the receipt of goods and coordinating movements between locations.
Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Familiarity with geographical areas across England.
- Experience in a customer-focused, telephony-based environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer care.
- Adept at understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of handling varying workloads.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
