Your Opportunity

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of both airside and landside fuel delivery teams. Your primary focus will be on exceeding customer expectations by achieving maximum productivity and compliance within our operations.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the activities of airport shift drivers, including managing staff planning (working time, hours, leave, sickness) and acting as a cover driver when needed at any of our UK airports.
  • Maintain refueling and other equipment at fuel stations and on mobile trucks in a safe and operational condition. Assist with routine maintenance activities as required.
  • Gather and process driver, vehicle, site safety, and other essential data accurately. Produce reports as needed, including monitoring and reporting fuel site safety checks and vehicle safety checks.
  • Undertake or assist with risk assessment requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure all supervised staff members are adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Report and record any incidents and accidents promptly and accurately.
Customer Service Focus:
  • Dispense ADBlue according to customer requirements.
  • Gather customer fuel monitor fitting details.
  • Program and install fuel monitor devices.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Heathrow Airport Limited airside operations and service partners to enhance operational efficiency.
Teamwork and Communication:

As a supervisor, you will communicate effectively with team members and conduct regular performance reviews. You will also provide valuable feedback to the Operations Manager regarding each team member's performance.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary of £39,000 per annum
