About the Role
Ferrovial Construction is seeking an experienced Project Planner to support infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a portfolio of projects for updating the Reporting Baseline (RB) with PMIs and implemented CEs.
- Develop a monthly Progress Programme including narrative, project performance analysis, critical path, and programme integration activities.
- Coordinate external parties involved in the progress process to ensure a realistic Programme logic is in place.
- Act as an Expert Planner and Scheduler.
- Utilize Primavera P6 and familiarize with cost loading Programme.
- Manage and ensure earned value management.
- Promote company values in dealings with employees, clients, subcontractors, and external contacts.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a planner for large-scale projects.
- Experience developing design, procurement, civil work, ME, fit-out, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Extensive P6 software experience, including cost and resource loading process.
- Experience in time/distance programmes.
- Self-motivated and team player.
- Responsive to tender submission deadlines.
- Presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with Tilos and ChainLink (desirable).
- Experience working in a large organization (desirable).
