Job Title: Head of Estates and Facilities

About the Role:

The Ivy Learning Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead its estates and facilities operation. As the Head of Estates and Facilities, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the trust's estates and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for the management of the trust's estates and facilities
  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality estates and facilities services
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient use of funds
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, students, and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estates and facilities management, preferably in an education setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
