About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Director with a strong background in leading Catering Teams and a commitment to outstanding service delivery.

This position is part of our Education sector, focusing on providing high-quality, nutritious, and sustainable food options for students. At Elior, we are dedicated to ensuring that young individuals receive the best possible nutrition for their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving results through effective team management. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional who can meet and exceed client and customer expectations.

Your primary responsibilities as the Operations Director will include:

  • Fostering a culture of exceptional customer service within the community.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and company standards within your area of responsibility.
  • Driving financial growth and surpassing financial objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior clients to deliver a competitive service proposition.
  • Overseeing the Operations Management function within your jurisdiction.
  • Managing recruitment, training, and development of the operations team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborating with the sales team on site visits and ensuring operational soundness in bids.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Extensive experience in contract catering within a senior management role across multiple sites.
  • Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated success in client relations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management.
