Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and the ability to drive results through their team. The role encompasses the following key responsibilities:
- Fostering a culture of exceptional customer service within the community.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and company standards within the designated operational area.
- Creating opportunities for financial growth and surpassing financial objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior clients to enhance service delivery and sustain competitive advantages.
- Overseeing the Operations Management function within the assigned area.
- Managing recruitment, training, and development of the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborating with the sales team on site visits and presentations, ensuring operational feasibility of bids.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Candidate Profile
The ideal Operations Director will possess:
- Extensive experience in contract catering within a senior management role across multiple sites.
- Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
- A proven track record of leading and motivating a diverse team.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in P&L management.
