Job Title: Customer Service Consultant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Consultant to join our Group Protection team. As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding and continued scheme maintenance of Group Protection policies, ensuring that we remain a top provider in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Onboarding and Maintenance: Support the onboarding process for new Group Protection policies, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and policies are set up correctly.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers and brokers to resolve any issues or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure that policies are up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure that enquiries and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of data entry and record-keeping.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software applications, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
