At Amazon, we are committed to being the most customer-centric company on earth. Our Seller Services team in the UK is seeking a bright and ambitious individual to join our Merchant Fulfilment Network (MFN) recruitment team as an Associate Partner Manager.

This role involves working directly with Selling Partners and on projects to improve the experience of buying and selling on Amazon. You will need to drive business development conversations with top accounts and analyze complex data to identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to meet defined sales and growth goals for your portfolio of high-value selling partners.
  2. Analyze complex data to identify opportunities for growth and improvements to the selling partner experience.
  3. Advocate for the needs of UK Selling Partners with local and global teams.
  4. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to meet or exceed quarterly enrollment targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
