Field Claims Adjuster

The Field Claims Adjuster position at Adjusting Appointments Limited is a home-based role that involves visiting customers who have suffered losses to progress claims towards an amicable settlement.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a mixture of claims through the client's Direct and Broker channel for both High Net Worth and Commercial customers for both buildings and contents losses.
- Travel to Northern Home Counties, with a flexible approach to accommodate the size of the team.
- Require one administrative day per week, focusing on desk-based tasks.
- Support the Property Claims function by visiting customers to inspect damage, assess policy coverage, and agree claim settlement.
- Maximise new claim instructions to meet objectives of expediting claim settlement.
- Must have previous loss adjusting experience, ideally handling HNW losses.
- Be a well-organised individual with excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Progression towards professional qualifications is advantageous but not required.
