**Job Title:** Support Worker

**Job Type:** Full-time

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at On the Spot Homecare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults in our local community who may have physical disabilities, dementia, or are elderly and require assistance with daily living tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide personal care and support to adults in their own homes, including meal preparation, administering medication, and maintaining home hygiene
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
* Promote independence and dignity for service users, while also providing emotional support and companionship
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support

**Requirements:**

* A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to adults in need
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and their families
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
* A full UK driving license is desirable, but not essential
