**Job Title:** Support Worker

**Job Type:** Permanent

**Location:** Skipton

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at On the Spot Homecare. As a Support Worker, you will be working with adults who may have a physical disability, dementia, or are elderly and require a little extra help. Your responsibilities will include meal preparation, administering medication, providing personal care, and home hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality care and support to adults in their own homes
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and personal care
* Administer medication as required
* Maintain a safe and clean environment

**Requirements:**

* NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* Full UK driving license (desirable)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
