Caregiver Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at North Yorkshire County Council. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in their own homes, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility
* Assist clients with meal preparation, domestic tasks, and community engagement
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

**Requirements**

* Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle
* Valid driving license
* Previous experience in care or a related field (training provided for the right candidate)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
