About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their financial needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized customer service to clients, understanding their financial situations and providing options and solutions to help them achieve financial stability.
  • Build rapport and have meaningful conversations with clients to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Embrace learning, coaching, and development to continuously improve your skills and capability, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Share ideas and feedback to improve the customer service experience, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using multiple computer systems and software applications.
