Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our busy Human Resources team at Renishaw PLC. This role sits within the Employee Relations team and reports to the Senior HR Business Partner who oversees our Manufacturing Division.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, focused, and flexible. While working within a busy manufacturing environment, this opportunity will provide the chance to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to the Manufacturing Division, including employee relations, recruitment, and training.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related issues.
  • Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

Requirements:
