We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our busy Human Resources team at Renishaw PLC. This role sits within the Employee Relations team and reports to the Senior HR Business Partner who oversees our Manufacturing Division.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, focused, and flexible. While working within a busy manufacturing environment, this opportunity will provide the chance to develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, ensuring a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner to identify and address employee relations issues, and develop solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of employee relations principles and practices.
