Key Responsibilities

  • Providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice to clients on a range of HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and HR policy development.
  • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other key partners.
  • Managing a portfolio of HR-related projects, including employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR metrics analysis.
  • Facilitating training sessions and workshops to upskill managers and employees on HR-related topics.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Reviewing and analyzing HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest employment legislation, HR best practices, and industry trends to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service.

Requirements

  • CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD certification.
  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • UK driving license.
