Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account plans to drive customer growth and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders
- Identify and communicate customer needs to internal teams to drive product development and innovation
- Provide coaching and education to customers to improve adoption and utilization of our products
- Manage and mitigate customer risk through proactive touchpoints and resolution strategies
- Identify and develop customer success stories to share with internal teams and external audiences
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention through strategic account planning and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and communicate customer needs to internal teams
- Experience working with C-level executives and other key stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
