Customer Success Lead

Freshworks is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes through our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive customer growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and communicate customer needs to internal teams to drive product development and innovation
  • Provide coaching and education to customers to improve adoption and utilization of our products
  • Manage and mitigate customer risk through proactive touchpoints and resolution strategies
  • Identify and develop customer success stories to share with internal teams and external audiences
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention through strategic account planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and communicate customer needs to internal teams
  • Experience working with C-level executives and other key stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
