Role Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Relations Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face of our facility, catering to everyone from experienced fitness enthusiasts to newcomers taking their first steps into our center. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.

As part of a friendly and supportive team, you will gain insights into the various services offered at our leisure center, enabling you to share valuable information with our patrons. Each day will present unique interactions with a diverse range of users, and you will also have the chance to assist in our café service from the reception area. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement to ensure your professional growth aligns with our organizational development.
