Key Responsibilities

This role offers a dynamic and varied experience in customer service within our retail environment. While prior experience in a similar position is beneficial, it is not a requirement as comprehensive training will be provided. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a positive attitude. A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service is essential, along with a willingness to engage in daily tasks, which include:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries and requests
  • Organizing merchandise to ensure optimal availability
  • Supporting stock management and replenishment efforts
  • Operating the checkout and serving customers
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment
  • Upholding a high standard of customer service consistently
