Skilled Careers is collaborating with a prominent main contractor renowned for over 25 years in the construction sector. This organization fosters a nurturing and successful workplace, prioritizing individual development.

They are currently seeking a Community Engagement Officer (CEO) to become an integral part of their construction division on a permanent basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for residents, providing outstanding customer service to ensure that project timelines are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Addressing resident concerns and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintaining property documentation and conducting validation and satisfaction surveys.
  • Facilitating communication among all stakeholders for a smooth project execution.
  • Proactively working to minimize disturbances to residents and fostering positive relationships with all involved parties.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Community Engagement Officer (CEO) is essential, with 1-2 years or more.
  • Knowledge of occupied refurbishment is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficient in IT and adaptable to on-site operations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ambitious, innovative, and self-motivated.
  • Valid driving license.
