They are currently seeking a Community Engagement Officer (CEO) to become an integral part of their construction division on a permanent basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for residents, ensuring exceptional customer service to facilitate the timely execution of work programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.
  • Addressing resident concerns and issues with professionalism and promptness.
  • Maintaining accurate property records and conducting validation and satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensuring smooth communication among all stakeholders for an efficient project experience.
  • Proactively working to reduce disruptions for residents and fostering positive relationships with all involved parties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Community Engagement Officer (CEO) is essential.
