Job Title: Senior Care Manager

Job Summary:

Optimumcare 4U Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to lead our residential care team. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the residential care team, ensuring high-quality care and support services are delivered.
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and support a team of care staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all regulatory requirements are met, including those related to health and safety, data protection, and care standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders, ensuring open and transparent communication.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A relevant professional qualification in health and social care, such as a degree or diploma in social work or nursing.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior care management role, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders.
