The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will play a key role in supporting our Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu offerings. Your attention to detail, creativity, and passion for food will be essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings and ingredients
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards

- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Porter
