The Greyhound Pub & Hotel has been a Carshalton landmark since the 1700s, offering a unique blend of history and hospitality. Our Swan Dining Room boasts stunning views of the Carshalton Ponds, while our dog-friendly bar area and lively garden space with heated huts provide the perfect setting for a relaxing meal or drink with friends and family.

Our Hotel and Facilities

We have 19 classic rooms and 2 stunning boutique rooms, each offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. On-site parking and proximity to Carshalton train station make us an ideal choice for business trips or weekend breaks. With direct trains to London Victoria every 30 minutes, you can easily explore the city or return to the tranquility of our surroundings.

What We Look for in a Chef de Partie

We are seeking an existing Chef de Partie or an exceptional Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their career. As a passionate and creative individual, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent service. You will be an active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor, with a willingness to learn new skills and work collaboratively as part of a team. Your creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes will be essential in helping us to drive sales and growth.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, with great planning and organisational skills, able to maintain effective controls and drive results. If you are a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about producing quality food and delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
