Job Title: Customer Home Move Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Home Move Administrator to join our team at LSL Property Services Plc. As a key member of our Conveyancing Centre, you will be responsible for supporting our Home Move Consultants and reporting to the Centre Manager. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and executing key administrative functions to progress the early milestones of the Conveyancing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to Reeds Rains and Your Move customers
- Support the Home Move Consultants in progressing the Conveyancing process
- Utilize online systems to manage customer data and conveyancing milestones
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and resolution of customer queries
- Adhere to company processes and service standards to maintain high-quality customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Conveyancing new business environment (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs
