Job Summary

LSL Property Services Plc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Home Move Administrator. This exciting opportunity is based at our Cheadle Conveyancing Centre, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Home Move Consultants and reporting to the Centre Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and support to our customers.
  • Support the team to progress the early milestones of the Conveyancing process, using a variety of online systems.
  • Work closely with our Home Move Consultants to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of customer transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Conveyancing new business environment is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • High attention to detail and strong IT skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
