Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our busy Procurement Department. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by coordinating service desk activities, maintaining strong communication with internal and external customers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities
- Coordinate service desk requests from internal customers and keep them informed of order status and progress
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement Team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a wider team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Temporary Role:This is an initial 3-month temporary role, with the possibility of becoming long-term.
Salary:£12.55 per hour
