Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our busy Procurement Department. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by coordinating service desk activities, maintaining strong communication with internal and external customers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities
  • Coordinate service desk requests from internal customers and keep them informed of order status and progress
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement Team
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a wider team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Temporary Role:

This is an initial 3-month temporary role, with the possibility of becoming long-term.

Salary:

£12.55 per hour
