The Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Mather Fold House, a specialist service providing support for adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions and Mental Health issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.

Requirements

  • Reliable, friendly, and caring approach to supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of autism and mental health issues, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
