Role Overview:

As a Metrics Optimization Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and executing a detailed metrics framework that aligns with the objectives of Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness (M&CA) and Spares & Repairs (S&R).
  • Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and associated metrics to assist support operations teams in identifying challenges and measuring performance against established benchmarks.
  • Conducting thorough analysis, compilation, and validation of data, including the preparation of key presentation materials for Senior Management Reviews in a timely manner.
  • Engaging key stakeholders throughout the Common Support Metrics (CSM) definition and implementation process to ensure comprehensive understanding and agreement on requirements and expected outcomes.
  • Ensuring that developed solutions comply with all relevant S&S Functional compliance requirements as part of the S&S Transformation program.
  • Setting and managing the integrated Common Support Metrics (CSM) suite to provide a cohesive overview of the discipline and ensure effective governance through the Life Cycle Management (LCM) process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Maintenance function, with a focus on logistics, supply chain, or similar areas.
  • Strong understanding of the Aerospace Industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience in defining and identifying metrics, and facilitating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Broad knowledge of Project Management governance and assurance, with relevant qualifications such as APM or Prince2.
