Position Overview

Job Title: CAD Systems Specialist

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of incidents and requests related to CAD services
  • Support for end users utilizing CAD toolsets
  • Development, integration, testing, certification, and deployment of new and updated CAD solutions
  • Oversight and reporting of security incidents, including vulnerability remediation
  • Assistance with license renewals, procurement, hosting, and usage monitoring
  • Facilitation of service transitions into a defined operational model through Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR)
  • Access management via application configuration or Active Directory
  • Monitoring of infrastructure
  • Evaluation, testing, and oversight of hardware
  • Creation and maintenance of stakeholder lists, along with support for communication initiatives
  • Adherence to IT governance to ensure compliance with established IT and security policies

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to work independently to identify and resolve issues as they arise
  • Extensive experience with CAD applications, installations, and configurations, particularly Siemens NX and CATIA
