About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Process Engineer to join our team at Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the logistics team to ensure the efficient execution of business-critical projects.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations, safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
  • Lead improvement initiatives, including minor projects, to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Facilitate and manage Capex projects within the logistics department to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with VPO standards and implement processes to overachieve on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Requirements
  • Relevant technical qualification for the local region and a degree or equivalent operational experience.
  • Experience in warehousing management or supervisory roles and a strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven track record in process improvement with strong knowledge of project management and logistics processes.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
