Position Overview

Job Title: Supply Chain Team Leader

Location: Flexible working arrangements available – please consult with your recruiter regarding specific options for this role.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of £54,793 – £60,326

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Supply Chain Orderbook Managers dedicated to overseeing Customer and Supplier Orderbooks in alignment with various programs.
  • Supervise the team accountable for the logistics of items to and from designated locations, ensuring performance metrics are met to fulfill requirements, while implementing and maintaining effective processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders until assets reach the end customer.
  • Validate and process incoming orders, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance statistics related to contractual KPIs.
  • Facilitate meetings at all organizational levels, including presentations to senior management during performance evaluations.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant Supply Chain Systems, including IFS applications, LN, APPS7, and IEDB systems.
  • Extensive experience across all facets of the Supply Chain, from procurement to delivery.
  • Thorough understanding of ITAR/EAR regulations and associated databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and intermediate skills in PowerPoint.
  • Strong people management capabilities with experience in a supply chain context across diverse geographical areas.
  • Experience in managing order books in a dynamic environment.
