- Lead a team of Supply Chain Professionals focused on managing customer order fulfillment in support of a key program.
- Accountable for generating monthly performance metrics for presentation to management forums.
- Oversee the team responsible for timely delivery of items; continuously seek to enhance and refine processes while coordinating training and onboarding for new team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and handle escalations regarding critical operational matters.
- Ensure that effective processes are established, regularly reviewed, and adhered to in order to meet targets and enhance operational efficiencies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant Supply Chain Systems (such as IFS, SAP, Infor LN, ERP/MRP) with prior experience in a similar role.
- Thorough understanding of all facets of the Supply Chain and its interdependencies is crucial.
- In-depth knowledge of ITAR/EAR regulations and associated databases.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and intermediate skills in creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience in supporting a small team, including development and daily task management.
