Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within the Logistics department.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects to achieve business objectives, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Relevant technical qualification and degree or equivalent operational experience.
  • Experience: Proven track record in process improvement, project management, and logistics operations, with a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Strong influencer and listener, able to build trust and challenge appropriately, with a charismatic leadership style that motivates and inspires staff.
