About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Natalie Wells Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the daily finance operations and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small finance team of 4 and provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of daily finance activities.
  • Support the production of management accounts for a few sites and assist the Finance Director in producing a new group reporting pack for the Directors.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director to steer strategy and mentor the directors.
  • Provide financial management and analysis to support business growth and expansion plans.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in group consolidations, budget preparation, and liaising with Year End auditors.
  • Proven track record of producing good Management Information and shaping reporting for a business.
  • Strong people management skills and ability to nurture a team.
  • Autonomy and self-motivation to manage workload and team effectively.
What We Offer
  • Salary in line with qualification and experience, c. £55,000 - £65,000.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with one day per week from home once established.
