About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Natalie Wells Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing daily finance operations and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small finance team to drive excellence and cohesion
  • Support in producing management accounts for multiple sites
  • Assist in developing a new group reporting pack for the Directors
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director to steer strategy and mentor directors
  • Implement Power BI and other financial tools to enhance reporting and analysis
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in group consolidations and budget preparation
  • Proven track record of producing good management information and shaping reporting for a growing business
  • Strong people management skills and ability to nurture a team
  • Autonomy and self-motivation to manage workload and team
What We Offer
  • Salary in line with qualification and experience, c. £55,000 - £65,000
  • Office-based role with flexibility to work from home one day per week
