About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Natalie Wells Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the daily finance operations and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small finance team to ensure the smooth operation of daily finance activities
  • Support the production of management accounts for multiple sites
  • Assist the Finance Director in producing a new group reporting pack for the Directors
  • Contribute to various projects under the direction of the Finance Director, including the introduction of Power BI
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in group consolidations, budget preparation, and liaising with Year End auditors
  • Proven ability to produce good Management Information and shape reporting for a growing business
  • Strong people management skills and ability to work autonomously
What We Offer
  • Salary in line with qualification and experience, c. £55,000 - £65,000
  • Office-based role with the flexibility to work from home one day per week once established
  • Car parking on site
  • Commutable from various locations in the UK
