About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Natalie Wells Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing a small finance team and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of finance professionals to ensure the smooth operation of daily finance activities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Finance Director and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director to develop and implement a new group reporting pack
  • Support the Finance Director in producing management accounts for multiple sites
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in group consolidations and budget preparation
  • Proven experience in people management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities

  • Salary in line with qualification and experience, c. £55,000 - £65,000
