Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to support our facilities management team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves managing maintenance tasks, collaborating with engineers, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reactive maintenance help desk requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with engineers to execute maintenance jobs and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Input and track data for maintenance jobs, including scheduling and follow-up.
  • Raise purchase orders and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Focus on Health & Safety and problem-solving to minimize downtime and optimize operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities management and helpdesk functions, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong customer service, administrative, and IT skills, with attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
