Key Responsibilities

  • Customization and Configuration: Adapt IFS software to fulfill specific client requirements.
  • Client Support: Deliver prompt assistance for IFS solutions and products, addressing challenges both pre- and post-implementation.
  • Upgrades and Maintenance: Facilitate upgrades, ensuring seamless operation and resolving performance challenges.
  • Client Collaboration: Comprehend client business processes and provide insights for optimal utilization of IFS software.
  • Training and Documentation: Engage with clients, offering guidance, training, and best practice documentation.
  • Technology Updates: Remain informed about IFS technology and industry best practices to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.
  • Service Desk Management: Oversee and respond to issues, manage faults, and ensure solutions are in line with SLAs.
  • Reporting: Generate customer reports and participate in client meetings to review support usage and cases.
  • Record Keeping: Document and monitor client inquiries and support activities.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide management with insights on common issues and trends for ongoing enhancement.

Key Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of IFS software, including modules, functionalities, configurations, implementation, customization, and maintenance. Proficient in IFS Configuration, Connectivity, Data Migration, and Reporting (especially Crystal Reporting). Experience in multi-client support environments across various industries.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of efficiently identifying and resolving technical challenges with a proactive approach to innovative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating technical concepts, conducting training, and producing documentation.
  • Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships, understanding business needs, and translating them into tailored IFS solutions.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend suitable IFS configurations and customizations.
  • Team Collaboration: Proficient in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation of IFS solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and service management to comprehend specific requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Dedication to staying abreast of the latest IFS technology advancements and industry best practices for implementing cutting-edge solutions and enhancing client satisfaction.
