Key Responsibilities
- Customization and Configuration:
Adapt IFS software to fulfill specific client requirements. - Client Support:
Deliver prompt assistance for IFS solutions and products, addressing challenges before and after implementation. - Upgrades and Maintenance:
Facilitate upgrades, ensuring seamless operation and resolving performance challenges. - Client Collaboration:
Comprehend client business processes and offer recommendations for optimal utilization of IFS software. - Training and Documentation:
Engage with clients, providing guidance, training, and best practice documentation. - Technology Updates:
Remain informed about IFS technology and industry best practices to enhance system performance and client satisfaction. - Service Desk Management:
Oversee and respond to issues, manage faults, and ensure solutions comply with SLAs. - Reporting:
Generate customer reports and participate in client meetings to discuss support usage and cases. - Record Keeping:
Document and track client inquiries and support activities. - Feedback and Improvement:
Provide insights to management on common issues and trends for ongoing enhancement.
Key Skills
- Technical Proficiency:
Deep understanding of IFS software, including modules, functionalities, configurations, implementation, customization, and maintenance. Skills in IFS Configuration, Connectivity, Data Migration, and Reporting (notably Crystal Reporting). Experience in multi-client support environments across various industries. - Problem-Solving Skills:
Capability to efficiently identify and resolve technical challenges with a proactive approach to innovative solutions. - Communication Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication for elucidating technical concepts, conducting training, and creating documentation. - Client Management:
Experience in managing client relationships, understanding business needs, and translating them into tailored IFS solutions. - Analytical Thinking:
Aptitude for analyzing complex business processes and proposing suitable IFS configurations and customizations. - Team Collaboration:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of IFS solutions. - Industry Knowledge:
