Key Responsibilities

  • Customization and Configuration:
    Adapt IFS software to fulfill specific client requirements.
  • Client Support:
    Deliver prompt assistance for IFS solutions and products, addressing challenges before and after implementation.
  • Upgrades and Maintenance:
    Facilitate upgrades, ensuring seamless operation and resolving performance challenges.
  • Client Collaboration:

  • Training and Documentation:

  • Technology Updates:

  • Reporting:
    Generate customer reports and participate in client meetings to discuss support usage and cases.
  • Record Keeping:
    Document and track client inquiries and support activities.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
    Provide insights to management on common issues and trends for ongoing enhancement.

Key Skills

  • Technical Proficiency:
    Deep understanding of IFS software, including modules, functionalities, configurations, implementation, customization, and maintenance. Skills in IFS Configuration, Connectivity, Data Migration, and Reporting (notably Crystal Reporting). Experience in multi-client support environments across various industries.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    Capability to efficiently identify and resolve technical challenges with a proactive approach to innovative solutions.
  • Communication Skills:
    Effective verbal and written communication for elucidating technical concepts, conducting training, and creating documentation.
  • Client Management:
    Experience in managing client relationships, understanding business needs, and translating them into tailored IFS solutions.
