Key Responsibilities

  • Customization and Configuration: Adapt IFS software to fulfill specific client requirements.
  • Client Support: Deliver prompt assistance for IFS solutions and products, addressing concerns both before and after implementation.
  • Upgrades and Maintenance: Aid in system upgrades, ensuring seamless operation and resolving performance challenges.
  • Client Collaboration: Comprehend client business processes and offer recommendations for optimal utilization of IFS software.
  • Training and Documentation: Engage with clients, providing guidance, training, and best practice documentation.
  • Technology Updates: Remain informed about IFS technology and industry best practices to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.
  • Service Desk Management: Oversee and respond to issues, manage faults, and ensure solutions align with service level agreements.
  • Reporting: Generate customer reports and participate in client meetings to discuss support usage and cases.
  • Record Keeping: Document and track client inquiries and support activities.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Relay feedback to management regarding common issues and trends for ongoing enhancement.

Key Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of IFS software, including modules, functionalities, configurations, implementation, customization, and maintenance. Proficient in IFS Configuration, Connectivity, Data Migration, and Reporting (especially Crystal Reporting). Experience in multi-client support environments across various industries.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to swiftly identify and resolve technical issues with a proactive approach to innovative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication for elucidating technical concepts, conducting training, and creating documentation.
  • Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships, comprehending business requirements, and translating them into tailored IFS solutions.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze intricate business processes and propose suitable IFS configurations and customizations.
  • Team Collaboration: Competence to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of IFS solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and service management to understand specific requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Dedication to staying abreast of the latest IFS technology advancements and industry best practices for implementing cutting-edge solutions and enhancing client satisfaction.
