Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Deliver prompt and effective assistance for IFS solutions and associated products, addressing challenges before and after implementation.
  • Service Desk Management: Oversee and respond to issues, manage faults, and ensure successful resolutions.
  • Client Communication: Grasp client requirements and offer guidance on best practices for utilizing IFS systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Quickly resolve system issues, collaborating closely with the technical team.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough records of client inquiries and support activities.
  • Training: Facilitate training sessions and develop user guides to assist clients in maximizing the benefits of IFS systems.
