We are in search of an enthusiastic Sous Chef who possesses a genuine passion for culinary excellence, with a strong emphasis on presentation and quality service, capable of inspiring and leading the kitchen team.

In collaboration with the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in developing the kitchen team and enhancing the dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes while managing your section and coordinating service with team members.
  • Being mindful of waste management, portion control, and time efficiency, while collaborating with all departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Supporting the Head Chef in mentoring less experienced staff, working as a cohesive team to deliver exceptional meals to guests promptly.
  • Demonstrating flexibility by cooking and serving in various sections to guarantee consistent quality.
  • Adhering to Food Safety and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, ensuring cleanliness and organization of your section.
